Our founder's journey began in the high-stakes environment of managing global accounts for industry leaders like CenturyLink and Fortinet. The transition to a startup brought a new set of challenges: managing major accounts such as Disney and Charles Schwab, while simultaneously seeking new Fortune 500 opportunities. This shift meant juggling what amounted to several full-time positions, a demanding task that stretched the boundaries of professional and personal life.

Faced with this intense workload, our founder was determined to find a balance that did not compromise time with family. The key challenge was clear: a significant gap in business development support. How to gain more ‘at bats’ without working 60, 70, even 80 hours a week. The solution emerged from a unique blend of professional expertise and personal necessity – Automation and AI.
